Build your bottle

Start from a standard olive oil shape or a 3P model, then set the silhouette, neck, tint and decoration. Send us your project and our team will reply with a feasibility review.

Starting point

Standard olive oil shapes

A new mould, on a silhouette the market knows. You adjust it in the next step.

A 3P model, in your tint

The mould already exists: you choose the tint, closure and material.

How a project runs

  1. Your brief

Your configuration, plus your sketches, drawings or reference bottles.

  2. Feasibility review

We check shape, neck, capacity and tint against your line and market constraints.

  3. Drawing and approval

A dimensioned drawing of the bottle, which you approve before any mould is made.

  4. Mould and samples

The mould is made, then the first samples, to validate with your product.

  5. Trials and production

Filling, capping and labelling trials on your line, then production.

What to confirm before production

Confirm the packaging against your product, your line and the requirements of your market.

  • Neck finish and first opening

Validate the neck drawing, cap and samples together. The FT21/29's thin band is removed at first opening; confirm the requirements of your market and sales channel for the complete pack.

  • Capacity and filling

Specify nominal volume, headspace and filling conditions. Confirm tolerances and required markings on the technical drawing before starting the mould.

  • Food contact

Request food-contact documentation for the reference, contents and intended conditions of use. Confirm the necessary tests and documents before ordering.

  • Recyclability

Review material, tint, cap and label together against the collection and recycling streams in the country of sale. Requests for recycled material form part of the feasibility review.
