Why choose PET rather than glass for olive oil?
Much lighter than glass: fewer breakages on the line, in transit and on the shelf, and lighter export freight. The range's PET is recyclable. Glass remains the tighter gas barrier: confirm your oil's shelf life with trials.
Which tint best protects oil from light?
Dark tints (black, amber, olive green) limit the oil's exposure to light. Tints are indicative: a physical swatch book is available on request. Other tints depending on volume.
Do all the bottles take the same cap?
All eight bottles share the same neck. One cap to stock, no capping changeover on your line. The FT21/29 pourer is an attached flip-top in PP (polypropylene), with a Ø 8 mm opening.
Does the FT21/29 cap fit glass bottles?
Compatible with glass bottles with a matching neck finish. Confirm the neck drawing and a sample with 3P before ordering.
How does the first-opening band work?
Thin band removed at first opening. Remove the thin band before first use. The lid stays attached after opening.
Which capacities do you offer?
6 shapes in 750 ml (LORKA, MARKA, MEDKA, ORIKA, VERKA and DORKA) and 2 in 250 ml (MARKA and DORKA).
Which colours are available? Can I get a custom tint?
The range comes in black, amber, olive green, light green, smoke and clear. Clear is available on DORKA only. Custom tints: considered depending on volume. Colours are indicative: a physical colour chart is available on request.
Can you make a custom bottle?
3P studies three levels of customisation: a specific tint on a model from the range, a new shape on the 3P neck (compatible with the FT21/29 cap), or a fully custom bottle. Each project starts with a brief and a feasibility review, then a drawing to approve before the mould and samples are made.
Can I get samples?
Yes. Samples, a physical colour chart and technical sheets are available on request: tell us the model, capacity and tint you are considering.
How do I request a quote?
The site shows no prices: every request gets a quote from our team. Fill in the quote form, send your configuration from the 3D configurator, or message us on WhatsApp or at sales@3ptunisia.com.
Do you ship outside Tunisia?
Yes. 3P manufactures in Zaghouan, Tunisia. Markets served: Tunisia and international. A palletisation plan for each reference. PET makes freight lighter than glass.
Are the bottles recyclable?
Recyclable PET, with the sorting symbol moulded into the base of every bottle. The base also carries the 3P logo and the capacity.
